The Wildlife Ambassador Technician II (WATII) is responsible for ensuring the daily avian care, training, and husbandry at The Bird Rescue Center. The WATII cares for our Ambassadors with the goal of maintaining standards of health and husbandry for the permanent animals in our charge. They will assist in carrying out BRC’s mission of educating the public through Ambassador presentations and participating in all aspects of the Education Program.

This individual works under the guidance of the Avian Care Raptor Supervisor and other staff members and in conjunction with consulting veterinarians and volunteers.
