The Volunteer & Outreach Supervisor plays a key role in advancing The Bird Rescue Center’s mission by supporting both our volunteer program and community outreach efforts. This position ensures that volunteers are well-oriented, trained, and supported, while also overseeing and delivering high-quality outreach programs that connect the public to our work and inspire action for native birds.
 

This full-time, on-site position reports to the Administration Operations and Program Manager and works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who enjoys working with people and animals, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited about sharing the story of The Bird Rescue Center with diverse audiences.
