Education Table with birds

Assembly (with birds, school)
Current blurb that would most match: Get ready for an unforgettable experience as our Ambassadors and their handlers interact with students in grades K-12. They will share age-appropriate information about local wild birds and the many human impacts we impose on both our environment and the birds who share it. Their stories will engage and inspire.

Presentation (with birds, non-school) Background FYI: this may be an event at a wine club pick up, currently a winery is hosting an owl night and wanting to learn about owls and the role of rodent control, etc. We’ve been invited to businesses to discuss the important roles of certain species or groups as well.. Field Trip/On site presentation (to BRC)
An onsite visit will introduce you to many of our avian Ambassadors. In our outdoor education pavilion, you will learn about each bird’s history, species, unique personality, and the valuable roles they fulfill in keeping our environment healthy. You’ll also learn about the life-saving work we do every day, rescuing injured and orphaned birds in order to heal and return them to the wild.
These visits are offered Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 11am or 1pm and run for roughly 1 hour
