RED-TAILED HAWK
Poppy is by far our largest RTHA, and our most feisty. She arrived in August of 2008 as an imprinted juvenile. She loves to get out in the sunshine and spread her wings in the breeze while walking around the campus! As an imprint, there's nothing physically wrong with her. She tends to get bored easier than our other residents, constantly challenging us to come up with new enrichment for her; but that's okay, we love the challenge and it’s all worth it when she's happily chirping away in her mew.
